Wilson’s Pipe Fabrication (WPF) provides a range of engineering and project management services to industry clients.
With the experience gained from working on some of the most demanding projects in the oil & gas industry, WPF is ideally positioned to deliver solutions that are safe, cost-effective and that fulfil the needs of the client.
Initiative, communication and organisational skills, the ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly and confident decision making are considered mandatory amongst WPF engineers.
The WPF engineering team consists of qualified mechanical, civil and petroleum engineers, each bringing their own area of expertise to client projects. This expertise covers such aspects as:
- Design & drafting, including full scale development of piping isometrics and structural drawings
- preparing estimates and budgets
- creating accurate project specifications
- project execution management – ranging from procurement, fabrication, erection, FAT and SIT testing, delivery, installation and certification right through to commissioning and maintenance support.
- troubleshooting
- technical reporting
- completing regulatory documents and procedures
In addition to the above, WPF engineers are experienced in the inspection, dispositioning and repairs of various Capital Drilling and Production Equipment as well as Structural and Conductor Casing.
Wilson’s Engineering Services also provides refurbishment procedures formulated to restore damaged or worn equipment back to premium working condition.
